Rotary dynamometer (for high-speed rotation) 9170A
The newly developed piezoelectric sensor integrated into the rotor can measure dynamic signals during high-speed cutting!
This rotary cutting dynamometer is a quartz piezoelectric four-component dynamometer. It measures the three-component forces and torque acting on the cutting tool during machining. The measurement data is transmitted non-contact. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- • Measures cutting forces acting on the cutting edge while rotating • Measures a total of four components: three-component forces (Fx, Fy, Fz) and torque (Mz) • Maximum rotational speed: 20,000 min–1 • Non-contact type • Internal cutting fluid supply • Compatible with conventional machine spindle interfaces • Tool holder with ER clamp • Maintains eccentricity and balance with high precision
